Chief Technical Officer

Job Description:
  1. The CTO will oversee, manage, and set the strategic direction for HeiYou's technological planing, development, operations and infrastructure based on company's business strategy.
  2. The CTO will be responsible for effective deployment of hardware, databases, and software to maximize the quality of services delivered to clients and for meeting the needs of internal operations.
  3. The CTO will direct IT initiatives, manage IT spending to ensure adherence to budgets and organization goals.
  4. The CTO will organize and manage the IT staff and necessary contractors. The department size may scale from 10 to 100.
  5. Further, the CTO will be empowered to acquire software or development? services externally as needed.
Required Skills and Experience:
  1. The CTO must demonstrate excellent leadership, communication, and management skills and should have a minimum of five years experience managing software development and technology infrastructure teams.
  2. Experience working in both a small organization and a larger development team in an Internet environment is strongly preferred, as is experience managing through a period of growth. Knowledge and familiarity with Internet technology is required.
  3. The CTO must demonstrate the capacity to work effectively both with technical staff and non-technical staff, and must have experience working with non-technical staff in the design and delivery of technology products.
  4. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, and must exhibit the capacity to align technology to business strategy.

VP of wireless

Job Description:
  1. The VP will plan, manage and set the strategic direction of the wireless value added service based on the company's strategic direction.
  2. The VP will organize, train and manage the wireless team. The department size may scale from 10 to 30.
  3. The VP will direct wireless initiatives and drive it to product then to the market.
  4. The VP should manage wireless spending to ensure adherence to budgets and organization goals.
  5. The VP will report to the CEO or COO.
Required Skills and Experience:
  1. The candidate must demonstrate excellent leadership, communication, and management skills and should have a minimum of 2 years experience in wireless value added service industry.
  2. The candidate must be familiar with the whole process of wireless value added service and has strong relationship in wireless industry.
  3. The candidate should understand related technique including SMS, MMS, IVR, WAP, LBS, etc. and must have the experience in wireless value added service service plan, design and marketing.
  4. The successful candidate should be familiar with the interaction between Internet and wireless product.
  5. Job location is Beijing.
